About Me 

    Metzline "Mezzy D" Desravines is a vibrant Haitian-American comedian, born in Queens and raised in Long Island, NY. Nicknamed “Mezzy” in second grade, she embarked on her entertainment journey in 2012 with her college radio show "Mez in Ya Mental", showcasing various creatives. Graduating, she turned an internship at Cox Media Group into a five-year stint on 106.1 BLI, followed by three years as the Morning Show host at Party 105.3.

    Her comedic spark ignited while watching Patrice O'Neill's "Elephant in the Room" on Comedy Central. Inspired, Mezzy began writing jokes, leading to her first stand-up performance at Cleo Kings open mic in Hollywood on September 15, 2016. Since then, she's been unstoppable, performing in Long Island, Queens, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, and upstate New York. In 2023, she headlined at the inaugural Uptown Comedy Festival in Utica, New York.

     Mezzy D has graced renowned comedy venues like Broadway Comedy Club, The Stand NYC, Comic Strip Live, and many more.
